Walter Tabor

  Walter Tabor, 88, of Many, died in Many on Wednesday, March 26,
at 4:30 a.m., following an extended illness.

  Tabor is survived by his widow, Mrs. Willie Tabor, Many; three
sons, Bernice Virgil Tabor, Bossier City, B. L. Tabor, Many, and
Burnard J. Chapman, Shreveport; 4 grandchildren, and 5 great
grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the Trinity Baptist Church on
Thursday, March 27, at 2:30 p.m., with the Rev. Earl Marr, the
Rev. Brent Fleming, and the Rev. H. H. Tibbitts officiating.
Burial was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
