Bernice Virgil Tabor

  Bernice Virgil Tabor, 68, of Bossier City, died in the Schumpert
Hospital in Shreveport, Tuesday, Aug. 12, at 2:30 a.m., after a
long illness.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Doris Winn Tabor of Bossier
City; one son, Rodney G. Tabor of Shreveport; one daughter, Mrs.
Carl Crabtree of Bossier City; two brothers, Bernie Lee Tabor of
Ft. Jesup, and Bernard J. Tabor of Shreveport; his mother, Mrs.
Willie Tabor of Many; and four grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, Aug. 13, at 2 p.m., in the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Nolan Logan
officiating. Burial followed in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery.
