Rev. Philip S. Smith, pastor of Morningside Baptist Church, officiated the services. Mr. Todd died Sunday, April 21, at 10:27 a.m., at his residence, following a lengthy illness. He was born in Castor, and was a resident of Shreveport for most of his life. He was a carpet installer, and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Shirley R. Todd of Shreveport; one son, Tim Monroe of Shreveport; three daughters, Sherry Kay Schaps of Dallas, Texas, Donna M. Holloway, and Jennie R. Todd, both of Shreveport; two sisters, Gladys Burrows of Shreveport, and Helen Crowton of Noble; three brothers, Aubrey Todd, and David Todd, both of Shreveport, the Teer Todd of Noble; and four grandchildren, Jason Schaps, Amy Boeck, Timothy Holloway, and Allison K. Holloway. Pallbearers were Odell Anderson, Terry Todd, Mike Todd, David Wayne Todd, James Robert Todd, and Robert Woodlan. Honorary pallbearers were Jimmy L. Burnett, and P. L. Todd.
