Mrs. Maude Slay Thedford

  Mrs. Maude Slay Thedford, 96, of Many, died on Saturday, Jan. 22 in Many.

  Funeral services for were held Monday, Jan. 24 at 11 a.m. at the First
Baptist Church of Many with interment following at the Many Cemetery. The
Rev. Joe Ratcliff and Dr. Ed Scott officiated.

  Survivors include two daughters, Dr. Edwina Thedford of Arkadelphia, Ark.
and Anita Rose Jaworski of Highland Village, Texas; two sisters. Lee Slay
Wagley of Many and Louise Slay Wagley of Uvalde, Texas; one grandson,
Charles A. "Chuck" Poche' Jr. of Dallas, Texas; and a host of nieces and
nephews.
