The Sabine Index - J. Arthur Tetts 
  
  22 Sep 1939 - Mrs. J. D. Williams received news of the death of 
her brother, J. Arthur Tetts, who died at him home in George 
West, Texas, Monday evening at 8:45 after an illness of several 
weeks. 
  
  At the time of his death, Mr. Tetts was manager and editor of 
the Live Oak County Herald, George West, Texas. 
  
  He is survived by his widow and seven children, two brothers and 
four sisters.
