Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, Oct. 15, in Converse Baptist Church, with the Rev. Sidney Young officiating. Burial followed in the Converse Cemetery, under the direction of Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield. Survivors include one son, Bobby Tatum of Shreveport; two daughters, Barbara Lilly of Mansfield, and Amy Blakney of Converse, five sisters, Katie Murphy of Many, Ida Russell of Herlong, Calif., Opal Sandifer of Converse, Lois Hill of Godly, Tex., and Pearl Jordan of Conroe, Tex.; two brothers, Woodrow Atin of Deberry, Tex., and Bill Atin of Indianapolis, Ind., and eight grandchildren.
