All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Mrs. Frances McCuller Tatum Services for Mrs. Frances McCuller Tatum, 64, of Noble, were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 10, at the First Baptist Church of Zwolle. The Rev. Bill Hoffman, pastor of the church, officiated. Burial was at Oak Grove Cemetery near Converse, La. Services were under the direction of Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield. Mrs. Tatum died Monday, December 8, 1986, at Bossier Medical Center, after a lengthy illness. She was a native of Mansfield, and had been a resident of Noble for the past 23 years. Mrs. Tatum was a retired English teacher, and supervisor of instruction with the Sabine Parish School System. She was an active member of the local, state, and regional Retired Teachers Association, and was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma sorority. She is survived by her husband, Sherman C. Tatum of Noble; one son, Stephen Mark Tatum of Shreveport; one grandson, Christopher Stephen Tatum of Shreveport; two brothers, Alpha McCuller of Mansfield, and Daniel C. McCuller of Crowley. Pallbearers were Dr. C. H. McCuller, Frank McCuller, Charles McCuller, John Mulloy, Larry Patrick, and Jerry Snelling. Memorial contributions may be made to the Delta Kappa Gamma Scholarship Fund, or to the American Cancer Society.
