Mary S. Lites Tatum

  Funeral services for Mary S. Lites Tatum, 94, were held Monday,
September 2, 1996, at 2 p.m., at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, with
Rev. Earl Marr officiating. Interment was at Mt. Zion Cemetery.

  Mrs. Tatum passed away Saturday, August 31, at IHS No. 1 in
Many. She was a lifelong resident of Sabine Parish.

  She is survived by three sons, Milton Earl Lites of Many, Norman
F. Lites of Shreveport, and Marcus J. Lites of Many; 16
grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; 12 great-great
grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
