Edgar E. Tatum

  Last rites for Edgar E. Tatum, age 81, who died May 14, was
conducted at Noble Baptist Church at 2 p.m., May 15, with Rev.
Frank Chance, and Rev. C. C. Pierce officiating, with Masonic
rites at graveside. Interment was in Oak Grove Cemetery, under
the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Masons.

  Survivors are daughters, Mrs. Maybell Springer of Converse, Mrs.
Helen Buckley of Natchitoches; sons, B. G. Tatum of Converse, O.
E. Tatum of Eugene, Oregon; brothers, C. W. Tatum of Mansfield,
L. L. Tatum of Many, P. T. Tatum of Converse; sisters, Mrs. W. E.
Addison, Mrs. Nuna McCollister, both of Converse, Mrs. J. E.
Cates of Noble, Mrs. G. W. Edwards of Marshall, Texas; eight
grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
