Gilbert H. Tedder, Sr.

  Services for Mr. Gilbert H. Tedder, Sr., 78, of Many, were held
at the Shady Grove Church of God, on Monday, Dec. 23, at 10 a.m.
Conducting the services were Bros. Leman Manasco, and Tyrone
Lewis. Interment was in the Lewing Methodist Church Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Tedder died in Many, La. on Dec. 20, 1985, at 10:30 p.m.,
following a brief illness.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Vallie Lewing Tedder of Many;
three sons, Gilbert Tedder, Jr. of Many, John Williams Tedder,
and Edward Earl Tedder, both of Florien; seven grandchildren; and
three great grandchildren.
