Dan Talley

  Dan Talley, 83, of Leesville, died in Many, Sept. 19, after a
lengthy illness.

  Funeral services were held Sept. 21, at Warren Meadows Funeral
Chapel, with the Rev. Lionel Crowell, and the Rev. James Carter
officiating. Interment was at Many Cemetery, under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include C. B. Talley of Leesville, son; Mrs. O. N. Lay
of Natchitoches, daughter; three brothers, W. K., and Milton
Talley of Magnolia, Ark., and Archie Talley of Emerson, Ark.; a
sister, Mrs. Mattie Moore of Overton, Tex.; three grandchildren;
and one great grandchild.

  Pallbearers are Dow L. Stephens, Bill Conover, Dick Self, Lucian
Johns, Woodrow Davis, and Elsworth Watts.
