Saturday at Ebenezer Baptist church by Rev. L. B. Ritchie, assisted by Revs. Coda Salter and W. G. Bailey. Interment was under direction Warren Funeral Home. Pallbearers were grandsons and grandsons-in-law, J. D. Braud, Wilbur Lee Salter, Louise Fraser, Lycurgus Dickey, Leonard Lowe and Durwood Neal. Surviving relatives include: daughters, Mrs. Tera Tyler, Many, Mrs. Vera Hopkins, Mrs Ada Belle Lowe, Miss Bertie Mae Taylor all of Florien, Mrs Hattie Youngblood, Mrs Emily Dickey, Hemphill, Texas, son Willard Taylor, Florien; sisters, Mrs Alva Tompkins and Mrs Lizzie Waller, both of Shreveport, Mrs. Allie Miller, Mrs. Mary Rice, Mrs. Loma Small, Mrs Etta Miller, Mrs. Delia House, all of Florien; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
