Mrs. Jewel Tyler

  Mrs. Jewel Tyler, 71, of Many, died on Sunday, April 2, at 8
a.m., following an extended illness.

  Survivors include two sons, Gerald Wayne Tyler of Vinton, and
Willie Earl Tyler of Dallas, Tex,; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Akins
of Arlington, Tex,; three brothers, J. D. Wyatt of Marthaville,
Luther Wyatt of Belmont, and Henry Wyatt of Benton; two sisters,
Mrs. Jinnie Davis, and Mrs. Halley Wyatt, both of Belmont; and
five grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 4, at 11 a.m., in
the Bayou Scie Church. Officiating was the Rev. Willis Greer, and
the Rev. Billy Russell. Burial was in the Bayou Scie Cemetery,
under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
