Jewel Guy Taylor

  Services for Mr. Jewel Guy Taylor, 81, of Mansfield, were held
at 2 p.m., Sunday, January 29, in the Drewett Memorial Chapel,
with the Rev. Gary Orr officiating. Burial was in Gravehill
Cemetery.

  Mr. Taylor, a native and lifelong resident of Mansfield, died
Saturday, January 28, 1984, in the VA Hospital in Shreveport,
following an extended illness.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mattie W. Taylor; one daughter,
Kathryn Foster; two sons, Curtis Taylor, all of Mansfield, and
Jewel T. Taylor of Zwolle; two brothers, Paul Taylor, and C. W.
Taylor, both of Mansfield; and six grandchildren.
