John Emmitt Taylor

  John Emmitt Taylor, 76, of Many, died Tuesday, June 7, after an
extended illness.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 8, at 2:30 p.m., in
the Chapel of Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many, with Dr. Kelly
Fitzgerald officiating. Burial was in the Marthaville Cemetery.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Argerine Taylor; one daughter, Mrs.
Delores Westbrook of Okinawa; three brothers, Johnny Taylor of
Swantz, Curtis, and Sam Taylor, both of Monroe; and two sisters,
Mrs. Vera Jones of Delhi, and Mrs. Ruth Kay of Monroe.
