Mrs. Kathryn Tillery

  Mrs. Kathryn Tillery, 81, died Tuesday, June 14, after an
extended illness.

  Survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Leze of Many, Mrs. Eva
Sharp of Mooringsport, and Mrs. E. L. Reed of Gibsland; one
brother, Ross N. Stoker of Robeline; and a numerous number of
nieces and nephews.

  Mrs. Tillery taught school for 47 years, and taught in the Caddo
Parish system for 27 of the 47.

  Funeral services were held in the Ft. Jesup Baptist Church, with
the Rev. Oliver Roberts, and the Rev. J. Odis Dumas officiating.
Burial was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Pallbearers were Jack Winn, Jim Parker, I. B. Malone, Tim Lyddy,
Florien Arthur, and Jerry Arthur.
