Thompson of Center, Tex., 58, died Monday, July 19. Services were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, in Mangum Funeral Home, with the Revs. Don Jones, and Ray Hall officiating. Burial was in the Willow Grove Cemetery. Survivors include his widow; seven daughters, Mrs. R. L. Maxey of Zwolle, Mrs. Mike DuBose of Stonewall, Mrs. Tommy Albea, and Mrs. David Rideout, both of Nacogdoches, Tex., Mrs. Thomas Willis of Longview, Mrs. Nora Thompson, and Ruby Thompson, both of Joaquin, Tex,; two sons, Charlie Thompson of Joaquin, and Arlie Thompson of Teneha, Tex.; his mother, Mrs. A. C. Rogers of Joaquin; five sisters, Mrs. Reola Stevens, Mrs. Jimmy Haight, Mrs. Clydie Lawson, Mrs. Diane Smith, all of Joaquin, and Mrs. Sadie Myers of Lake Charles; two brothers, Thurmon Thompson, and Ray Thompson, both of Teneha.
