Mrs. Loma Middleton Thompson (Photo)

  Services for Loma Middleton Thompson, 82, of Shreveport, were
held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 1, at Ingleside Baptist
Church, where she was a member.

  The Rev. Crawford Williams, pastor of the church, officiated.
Burial was at Forest Park Cemetery, under the direction of
Rose-Neath's Marshall Street.

  She died Monday, Sept. 29, 1986, at Willis Knighton Medical
Center, after a lengthy illness. She was born in Pleasant Hill,
and had been a resident of Shreveport for fifty years.

  She is survived by three sisters, Sallie Winn of Marthaville,
Audie Gowan, and Erma Powell of Shreveport; and a number of
nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were nephews.
