Templeton, 77, of Toledo Bend, were held at the Hixon Westlake Chapel in Westlake, on Thursday, Sept. 2, at 2 p.m. Interment was in the Westlake Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Templeton died on Tuesday, August 31, at his lake residence. A World War II veteran, Mr. Templeton and his wife had retired to the Lake area, where he owned Lake Cabinet Shop. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Westlake. An electrician by trade, he was a member of IBEW 861 for over 50 years. In his retirement, he was past president of the South Toledo Bend Waterworks. Survivors include his widow, Eunice DuBois Templeton of Toledo Bend; one daughter, JoAnn Racca of Westlake; one brother, Albert Templeton of Westlake; two sisters, Ida Borel, and Nettie Racca, both of Westlake; four grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
