John Thomas Treadway

  Funeral services were held for Mr. John Thomas Treadway, 60, of
Shreveport, were at 3 p.m., Tuesday, March 23, at the Jennings
Chapel near Marthaville, with Rev. Foster Jennings, and Rev.
Sammy Mitchell officiating. Burial was in Bethany Cemetery, under
the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Mr. Treadway, born in Alexandria, and a resident of Shreveport
30 years, died Monday, March 22, in Shreveport. He was a foreman
of Shreveport Millworks, where he had been employed for 25 years.

  Mr. Treadway is survived by his widow, Gladys Free Treadway; two
daughters, Marsha T. Holman, and Vicki T. Hunter, all of
Shreveport; sister, Cora Lee Clark of Lafayette; and four
grandsons.

  Pallbearers were Gerald Free, Ernest Free, Arlo Free, Marcelle
Free, Homer Free, Sr., Homer Free, Jr.
