Cody Trotter Sr.

  Cody P. Trotter Sr., 76, of Houma, formerly of Pleasant Hill,
died after a long illness.

  Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Sept. 9, in
the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Vernon Stephenson
officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, under the
direction of Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield.

  Survivors are four sons, Cody P. Trotter Jr., Bobby Trotter, Don
Trotter, and Gaylen Trotter, all of Houma; seven grandchildren;
six great grandchildren; two brothers, June Trotter, and Elbert
Trotter, both of Vivian; one sister, Mrs. Mattie Adams of
Pleasant Hill.
