All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Thomas Wister Terrell Services for Mr. Thomas Wister Terrell, 72, of Pleasant Hill, were held at 4 p.m., Monday, May 10, at Springridge Baptist Church near Pleasant Hill. Mr. Terrell died at 3:20 p.m., Saturday, May 8, at Pleasant Hill General Hospital, after a long illness. Officiating were the Rev. Adrian Pater, and the Rev. Clarence Berly, with Drewitt Funeral Home of Mansfield in charge of arrangements. Burial was in Springridge Cemetery. A native of Belmont, Mr. Terrell was a lifelong resident of Pleasant Hill., He was a retired school bus operator, and also operated a locker plant at Pleasant Hill. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. L. V. Bell Terrell, Pleasant Hill; three sons, Thomas Dale Terrell, Pleasant Hill, and Freddie Bell Terrell, and Johnnie Drew Terrell, both of Shreveport; four brothers, David Terrell, George Terrell, Floyd Terrell, and Woodrow Terrell, all of Pleasant Hill; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were Floyd Terrell, Jr., Bob Terrell, Kenneth Terrell, Troy Terrell, Trentice Johnson, Glenn Ponder, Glenn Brown, and Clyde Gaddis.
