Tramel died at his home five miles north of Many at nine o'clock Saturday night, following a brief illness. Interment was at Bethsadia cemetery Sunday afternoon at four o'clock, the last rites being conducted by the Rev. W. H. Sherwood, pastor of the Bethsadia Baptist church. Mr. Tramel is survived by his widow and the following children, all of whom live near Many; Wyatt Tramel, Mrs. Mamie Mains, Mrs. Belle Cannon, Mrs. Bert Tramel, Mrs. Elmer Jackson. Mr. Tramel was a pioneer in the Mt. Zion-Bethsadia communities, was an able farmer, progressive citizen, advocator of good roads and school and his funeral was attended by a large concourse of friends and relatives.
