The Sabine Index - James A. Tramel

  16 Sep 1955 - James A. Tramel, age 94, died Wednesday, Sept
14 at his home in Many after a short illness.

  Funeral services will be at the chapel of funeral home Friday,
Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. with Rev. John Koelemay officiating.

  Interment will be in Ft. Jesup cemetery, with the Warren
Funeral Home in charge. There will be Masonic rites are the
graveside.

  Surviving relatives are his wife, Mrs. J. A. Tramel of
Many, sons, J. A. Tramel, Jr., of San Rapheael, Calif.; Dr. A. B.
Tramel of Many; daughters, Mrs. Della LaFargue of Shreveport;
Mrs. O. J. Morrison and Mrs. Bessie Builteman of Many; Miss Pearl
Tramel of Natchitoches, 7 grandchildren and 7
great-grandchildren.
