James Henry Tramel

  Mr. James Henry Tramel of Many, died at 5:45 a.m., Tuesday, June
12, 1984, in Shreveport, following a short illness. He was 66.

  Funeral services for Mr. Tramel will be held today, Thursday,
June 14, at 2 p.m., at the Bethsadia Baptist Church. Officiating
will be Bro. Presley Marcantel. Interment will follow in the
Bethsadia Cemetery.

  He is survived by his wife, Merlyn Counts Tramel of Many; one
son, James Henry Tramel Jr. of Many; two daughters, Mrs. Nannette
Ebarb, Zwolle, and Joanna Rains, Many; two stepsons, Mason Cannon
Jr., and Eddiel Cannon, both of Many; one sister, Mrs. Myrtle
Trimble, Bethany, Okla.; and 15 grandchildren.

  Services were under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home
of Many.
