Bessie B. Vascocu

  Mrs. Bessie B. Vascocu, 86, of Pleasant Hill, died Monday, Feb.
21.

  Services were at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, at Blanchard-St. Denis
Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Glynn Davis officiated. Burial was
in Bayou Blue Cemetery.

  Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Leola Stutts, Buras, and Mrs.
Mary Garza, Alexandria, one sister, Mrs. Jewell Niette, and a
half-sister, Mrs. Lena Parker, both of Shreveport; one brother,
John Harrison, and a half-brother, Archie Harrison, both of
Shreveport; 16 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren, and two
great-great grandchildren.
