Vickers, 62, of Zwolle, died Monday, Jan. 29, at 5:30 p.m., at Houston, after an extended illness. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 31, at 2 p.m., at the Warren Meadows Chapel, with the Rev. Jon B. Boles officiating. Interment was in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Maurice Vickers of Zwolle; one son, Travis Vickers of Lake Charles; four daughters, Mrs. Lucy Grisham of Farmers Branch, Tex., Mrs. Linda Seamon of Shreveport, Mrs. Margaret Cutshall of Ft. Worth, and Mrs. Donna Huntsman of Monroe; two brothers Claude Vickers of Hornbeck, and Burton Coleson of Kirbyville; five sisters, Mrs. Bessie Nickerso, and Mrs. Georgia Auderer, both of Houston, Mrs. Marguerite Pittman of Palestine, Tex., Mrs. Bonnie Inner of Jasper, Tex., and Mrs. Sue Hill of Lake Jackson, Tex., and six grandchildren.
