Hoyt Veuleman, 59, of Many, died March 20, in Shreveport, after a lengthy illness. Services were conducted March 22, at 11 a.m., at the Cedar Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Clarence Barley, and the Rev. Preston P. Tibbetts officiating. Burial was in the Cedar Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were members of Many High School basketball team. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Grace Veuleman of Many; one son, Randy Veuleman of Many; one daughter, Mrs. Charles Hayes of Gramercy; two brothers, Ivy, and Dewey Veuleman, both of Many; four sisters, Mrs. Lucille Tibbitts, and Mrs. Mayo Hardy, both of Many, and Mrs. Iris French, and Mrs. Gertie Smith, both of Robeline; and three grandchildren.
