A. Hospital. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Oct. 3, at Cedar Grove Baptist Church, with interment following at Friendship Cemetery. The Rev. Jimmie Townsend officiated. Survivors include his widow, Kathryn Veuleman of Robeline; three sons, Eric Veuleman and wife Janet, and Bryan Veuleman and wife Chrissie, all of Shreveport, and Danny Veuleman and wife Anita of Logansport; three stepsons, David Cato of Tulsa, Okla., Eric Cato, and Ben Cato and wife Debbie, all of Blanchard; two sisters, Helen Biondo and husband Vince of Dallas, Texas, and Dianne Morgan and husband Mike of Hughes Springs, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Henry and Myrtis Veuleman; brother, Michael Jerry Veuleman; grandson, Derrick Veuleman; and wife, Olivia. Pallbearers were Johnny Seymour Jr., Michael Biondo, Stephen Biondo, Brandon Veuleman, Chip Morris, Josh Veuleman, Danny Veuleman, and Randy Hardy.
