Joy VanVeckhoven

  23 Oct 1991 - Funeral services for Joy Van Veckhoven, 77, were
held Tuesday October, 22 at 2 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church,
Florien. Officiating were Lee Dickson and Rev. Jimmy Evans.
Burial was in Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Van Veckhoven passed away Sunday, Oct. 20 in Ruston. She
had been a lifelong resident of Florien until moving to Ruston 2
1/2 years ago.

  She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Joan
Van Veckhoven of Ruston; one grandson and granddaughter-in-law,
Brian and Sallie Van Veckhoven; one brother, Grover Miller of
Ruston; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers included Harlan Leach, Willis Funderburk, Sherman
Salter, Ben Firesheets, R. J. Rousseau and Jack Pilcher.

  Honorary pallbearers were Victor Van Veckhoven and M. G.
Anthony.
