Debra Sue Vines

  Debra Sue Vines, 23, of Florien, died on Monday, July 30, at
9:15 p.m., in Shreveport, after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Aug. 1, at 3 p.m., in
the Pisgah Baptist Church, with the Rev. Roy Dowden, and Rev.
Sterling officiating.

  Pallbearers were James Rowe, Ricky Stewart, Wilbur Wilson, Danny
Condon, Tommy Cunningham, and A. J. Wilson.

  Survivors include her husband, Winfred H. Vines of Florien; one
son, Rocky Hiram Vines, also of Florien; her parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Roy Arthur of Dubberly; three brothers, Michael Dewayne
Arthur of Bossier City, LeRoy Arthur of Bossier City, and Dewayne
Arthur of Dubberly.
