Mrs. Amanda Theodosia Vines

  Mrs. Amanda Theodosia Vines died at 9 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 6,
1983, at the age of 61, while at home in her Florien residence.

  Funeral services for Mrs. Vines were held at 2 p.m., Thursday,
Dec. 8, at the Pisgah Baptist Church, with Bro. Toy Belcha
officiating. Burial followed in the Pisgah Cemetery. Arrangements
were under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  She is survived by her husband, Mr. Ferman Vines of Florien; one
son, Winfred H. Vines, Anahuac, Tex.; two daughters, Mrs. Sharon
Barnett Thornton, Tex., and Mrs. Paula Dew, Toro Community; one
sister, Mrs. Arcell Bean, Kirbyville, Tex.; and four
grandchildren.
