Bertie Vines

  Final services for Mr. Bertie Vines, 65, of Converse, were held
Monday, February 13, at 2 p.m., in the Warren Meadows Funeral
Home Chapel in Many. The Rev. Walker Ledford officiated. Burial
was in the Noble Cemetery.

  Mr. Vines is survived by one son, Leland Vines of Shreveport;
five brothers, George, Douglas, Hiley, Vernon, and Homer Vines,
all of Noble; one sister, Mrs. Lottie Anderson, Noble; three
grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

  Mr. Vines died Saturday, February 11, 1984, in Converse, at 9:48
p.m., following a short illness.
