Mr. Vines, 67, of Shiro, Texas, passed away on March 20, 1994, at 12:06 p.m., at Hermann Medical Center Hospital in Houston, Texas. Mr. Vines is a native of Many, and was the son of belated father, Mr. Louis Vines; and mother, Mrs. Mildred Vines of Many. Mr. Vines had lived in Shiro, Texas for 15 years, and retired after working for Smith Steel Fabricator Industrial, Inc., and Blue Bonnet Express Corp. He was a World War II U. S. Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Beverly Vines of Shiro; son, Gerald Wayne Vines of Miami; daughter, Mary Jane Richardson; son-in-law, J. E. Richardson; two granddaughters, April Annette Roberts of Steamboat, Colorado, Mildred Elaine Baines and Tim Baines; one great granddaughter, Tiffani Renee Baines of Houston; one brother, Edward Lee Vines of Houston; and one nephew, Eddie Vines of Redondo Beck, Calif.
