Norris Ruthford Vines

  Funeral services for Norris Ruthford Vines, age 47, who died May
18, were conducted at Converse Baptist Church at 4 p.m., May 19,
with Rev. Jerry Schmucker officiating. Interment was in Converse
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. N. R. Vines of Converse; son,
Norris Murdock Vines of Houston, Tex.; brothers, Mark Vines of
Benson, and Garland Vines of Converse; sister, Mrs. Hattie
Springer of Alexandria; father, Mitchell W. Vines of Converse;
and one grandchild.
