She had been a patient at M. D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Tex., for the past two weeks. She was en route to Many via air ambulance when she expired. With her were her husband Crawford, and her brother, John Corley, both of Many. Pat is the daughter of Sabine Parish Tex Assessor, Mrs. Theresa Corley, and the late Marion Corley of Many. Other survivors include her husband; one daughter, Vicki Lynn Testa of Many; and two brothers, John M. Corley of Many, and Gerald K. Corley of Columbus, South Carolina. Pat, as she was fondly called by her friends, was a partner in Vines TV and Appliances, located under the water tank in Many. She was a vivacious lady who always had a smile on her face. She helped the public in furniture selections for the past ten years in the family owned business. She was an active member of the St. John's Catholic Church of Many, where she was actively involved in the church choir and church sponsored fair. A former member of the Many Business and Professional Women's Club, Pat was also a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, and the Sabine Association for Retarded Children. She had served as president of the SARC. Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 29, at 10 a.m., at the St. John's Catholic Church. Father Gustave Bergeron officiated. Burial was in the St. John Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
