Willivae Johnson Veuleman-Lester

Willivae Johnson Veuleman-Lester, 81, of Shreveport, died May 28,
2004 at Life Care Hospital.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. May 31, 2004 at Warren Meadows
Funeral Home in Many with interment following at Ft. Jesup Cemetery.
The Rev H. L. Kendrick officiated.
Survivors include two daughters, Frances V. Foster and husband,
Freddie and Charlotte V. Echols and husband, Mike, all of Shreveport
and sons, H. Ray "Buddy" Veuleman, Sr. and wife Barbara, and David
W. Lester and wife, Ruth, both of Robeline; grandchildren, Tifani
Veuleman Gannon, Mark E. Foster, Amy L. Foster, H.R. Veuleman, Jr.
Christopher T. Lester, Tara Echols Barnhill, Shea Veuleman Reese,
Trisha Echols Shoebridge, David C. Lester and Michael D. Echols, Jr.,
12 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, N. E. Veuleman, Jr.;
second husband, Carl Orland Lester; sister, Nevelle Rutledge; and
brothers, Leroy Johnson and Charles Herman Johnson.
