Mrs. Helen Joy Webb

  Mrs. Helen Joy Webb, 62, of Converse, died Friday, Aug. 4, 2000,
at Highland Hospital.

  Mrs. Webb was born Feb. 19, 1938 in Converse, to William Thomas
and Edna E. Hubbard. She married Otha Webb on Nov. 27, 1954. She
was employed as cafeteria manager in the educational system.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 7, at Midway
Baptist Church, with interment following in Shiloh Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include her husband, Otha Webb of Converse; four sons,
Jackie Webb of Keithville, Larry Webb of Converse, Roger Webb of
Zwolle, and Roy Webb of Converse; three grandchildren, Angela
Rogers, Amanda Webb, and Samantha Webb; several nieces and
nephews, and a host of friends.
