The Sabine Index - Samuel Haneson Webb

  5 Jun 1942 - Last rites for Samuel Haneson Webb, age 81 years,
were held Sunday at Bayou Scie at two o'clock, Rev. Jone Flanagan
officiating. Dennis-Green funeral home in charge, interment Bayou
Scie cemetery. Pallbearers were six grandsons.

  Surviving are: 11 children, four sons, Elmore of Noble, S. F. of
Many, William of Noble, Lenard of Hannibal, Mo., seven daughters,
Mrs. Lyddia Lyles of Mt. Zion, Mrs. Alma Cook of Marshall, Mo.,
Mrs. Hattie Blackwell of Arcadia, Mrs. Mattie Allen of
Shreveport, Mrs. Beulah Odom of Noble, Mrs. Toney Warthy of
Amarillo, Texas, and Mrs. Rich Terrill of DeLeon, Texas; one
brother, P. V. Webb, Bayou Scie; 43 grandchildren and 45
great-grandchildren.
