Clarence W. Webb Sr.

  Services for Mr. Clarence W. Webb, Sr., 75, of Shreveport, were
held at 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 20, at the Wellman Funeral Home
Chapel. The Rev. Bob Moore, pastor of Faith Baptist Church,
officiated. Burial was at Forest Park West Cemetery.

  Mr. Webb, a resident of Shreveport since 1952, died Tuesday,
Nov. 17, 1987, at Humana Hospital in Augusta, Georgia, after a
short illness. He was born in Sabine Parish, La. Mr. Webb was
retired from the City of Shreveport.

  He is survived by his wife, Margie Webb of Shreveport; three
sons, Donald Wesley Webb, Kenneth Richard Webb, and Clarence
Whittington, all of Shreveport; four daughters, Patsy Clair
Moore, Myrtis Louise Owens, and Brenda Gail Hoffman of
Shreveport, Charlotte Ann Bickley of Augusta, Ga.; 14
grandchildren; and one great grandchild; one sister, Myrtis
O'Banion of Many, La.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were nephews, Martin Pool, Charles Campbell, Randy
Brazzel, Ricky Shirley, Taylor Harris, and Dean Snider.
