Alice Maurvine Webb

  Funeral services for Alice Maurvine Webb, 68, were held at 3
p.m., May 5, at Bayou Scie Methodist Church. Rev. LaMar Joy
officiated over the services. Interment followed at Bayou Scie
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Ms. Webb died at 5 p.m., May 3, at Southpark Guest Care in
Shreveport.

  She is survived by one son, Travis D. Rains Sr. of Many; two
daughters, Shirley Murphy of Cameron, and Peggy Hanson of
Shreveport; two brothers, Wesley Webb of Zwolle, and Coy Webb of
Lafayette; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She
was preceded in death by a grandson, Coy Miller.
