Officiating was Rev. T. F. Tenney, District Superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church, assisted by Rev. Michael W. Hudspeth, pastor of Kings Temple United Pentecostal Church. Burial was in Forest Park Cemetery. Rev. Webb died Thursday, November 7, at Heritage Manor South Nursing Home, after a lengthy illness. He was born in Noble, and had been a resident of Shreveport for nine years. Rev. Webb was a retired Pentecostal minister, and was a former pastor of the Converse Pentecostal Church. Survivors include one stepson, Wesley Collins of Olive Hurst, California; one son, Otha F. Webb of Converse; two daughters, Hazel Bennefield of Alton, Missouri, and Myrtle Fullilove of Shreveport; one brother, P. V. Webb of Shreveport; five grandchildren, Dorothy Jean Fullilove of Shreveport, Roger Webb of Zwolle, Larry Webb of Converse, Roy Webb of Converse, and Jackie Webb of Shreveport; three great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Larry Webb, Jackie Webb, Roy Webb, Paul Webb, Jerry Webb, and Roy May. The family suggests that memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
