(Bob) Webster II, 80, of Converse, died Sept. 10, 2001, in Bossier City. He was an oil and gas consultant, working in that field since he was 17. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sept. 13, at Rose-Neath Chapel in Mansfield, with interment following at Oak Grove Cemetery. The Rev. Bob Hannigan officiated. Survivors include his widow, Grace Webster of Converse; two sons and their wives, A. F. (Bob) Webster II and Janie of Huffman, Texas, and Jeffery and Karen Webster of Converse; five daughters and their husbands, Rita and Floyd Ford of Converse, Carol and Donnie Elias of Bastrop, Kathy Jett of Lake Charles, Diane Himel of Converse, and Dora and George Miller of Shreveport; one sister, Gerry Gayle of Tulsa, Okla.; one brother and wife, Richard and Paula Webster of Cedar Park, Texas; 14 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert F. Webster I and Mary Griffith Webster; and brother, Bill Webster. Pallbearers were Ronny Richardson, Danny Richardson, Billy Richardson, Craig Richardson, Johnny Thompson, and Chris Burch. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorials be made to American Heart Assoc., or the American Diabetes Assoc. Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Mansfield, La.
