Grover Weaver

  Services for Grover Weaver, 92, of Shreveport, were held at 2:30
p.m., at the Osborn Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. B. W. Cook,
pastor of the Kings Highway Christian Church, officiated, and
burial was Monday, March 20, at Greenwood Cemetery.

  Mr. Weaver died Saturday morning, March 18, in the Veterans
Administrative Hospital. He was a longtime resident of
Shreveport, and a manufacturers broker. He was a member of
Fairfield Avenue Presbyterian Church, a veteran of World War I,
and a member of the Lowe-McFarlane Post of the American Legion.

  Survivors include nephew Carl Willis of Zwolle. Pallbearers were
Ed Williams, and J. Marshall Love.
