He was a veteran of World War II. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Sunday, in the Rocky Mount Methodist Church, with the Rev. Wilmer Birdwell, and the Rev. Gary Simpson officiating. Burial was in the Rocky Mount Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. He is survived by two brothers, Lonnie Weeks of Robeline, and Charlie Weeks of Provencal. Pallbearers were C. W. Weeks, William E. Weeks, Billy Weeks, Truman Weeks, Jimmy Weeks, and Mike Marbut.
