Marvin Wise

  Marvin Wise, 69, of Liberty, Tex., died at 2:45 p.m., Sunday,
April 27, in St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, after a
sudden illness.

  The funeral was at 3 p.m., Monday, April 28, in First United
Pentecostal Church in Leesville, with the Rev. M. C. Green,
pastor, officiating. Burial was in Prewitt Chapel Cemetery.

  Mr. Wise is survived by a son, William D. Wise of Poway, Calif.;
a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Stokes of Hornbeck; three sisters, Mrs.
Mary Lou McClanihan of Kaufman, Tex., Mrs. Hazel Marshall of
Kerns, Tex., and Mrs. Anna Laura McClanihan of Fort Worth, Tex.;
and four grandchildren.
