The Sabine Index - J. W. Westfall, Sr.

  3 Jan 1958 - Funeral services for J. W. Westfall, Sr., age 77,
who died Monday, Dec. 30, were conducted at Mt. Carmel Baptist
church at 2 p.m. Dec. 31 with Rev. H. H. Tibbitts, Rev. E. C.
Browning and Rev. M. C. Green officiating. Interment was in
church cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral home.

  Survivors are: wife, Mrs. J. W. Westfall, Sr., of Florien,
sons, Otis, Carol, A. V., Loyd and J. W., Jr., all of Florien;
daughters, Mrs. Ella Cobb, Ms. Susie Cook, Ms. Myrtle Barron,
Mrs. Opal Cook,, all of Florien, Mrs. Hazel Pittman of Many, Ms.
Quida Hilton of Leesville; sister, Mrs. Carrie Barron of Many; 39
grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great
grandchildren.
