Mrs. Ruby Westbrook

  Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m., July 3, for Mrs. Ruby
Jane Westbrook of Florien, who died in Natchitoches Parish
Hospital, after a long illness.

  The services were held in the Prospect Methodist Church, with
the Rev. Jerry Hoffpauir officiating. Burial was in Prospect
Cemetery, with Warren Meadows Funeral Home in charge.

  Survivors are her husband, Mr. Jarvis Westbrook of Florien; four
sons, Marlin J. Westbrook of Jonesboro, James C. Westbrook of
Houston, Darrell Westbrook of Shreveport, and Wyatt J. Westbrook
of Sulphur; one brother, Buford Temple of Grand Ronde, Oregon;
two sisters, Mrs. J. D. Sanders of San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. V.
H. Salter of Zwolle; seven grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Harold Sandel, Clifton Davis, Luther Sandel
Jr., Clarence Conerly, Johnson Sandel, Jerome Petty.
