Norman Asbell, pastor of Bethel Primitive Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was at Providence Cemetery in Ringgold, La. Mrs. Wiggins died Saturday, July 11, 1987, at Schumpert Medical Center, following a lengthy illness. A native of Castor, La., she had been a resident of Shreveport for the past 40 years. She was a homemaker, and was a member of Bethel Primitive Baptist Church, and the Disabled Veterans Aux. She is survived by four sons, Grady Wiggins of Pascoe, Washington, James Wiggins of Shreveport, Charles Wiggins of Ringgold, and Gerald Wiggins of Shreveport; three daughters, Yvonne Raynes of Shreveport, Elaine Majors of Zwolle, Francella Kennedy of Mooringsport; twenty seven grandchildren; thirty four great grandchildren; one brother, Dempsey Sullivan Jr. of Ashland; two sisters, Hazel Holmes of Jamestown, La., Louise Hayard of Castor; a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be grandsons.
