Mr. Carl C. Wyatt, Jr.

  Mr. Carl C. Wyatt, Jr., 68, died Wednesday, April 1, 1998 in
Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Friday, Apr 3 at Cross Roads
Baptist Church with interment following at Pisgah Cemetery. The Rev.
Kenneth Leach, pastor of Beulah Baptist Church officiated and the Rev.
Glen Howard, pastor of Cross Roads Baptist Church, assisted.

  Mr. Wyatt was a deacon at Cross Roads Baptist Church and a song
leader there for 25 years.

  Survivors include his widow, Bobbie Wyatt; mother, Mrs. Ethel Wyatt;
step-daughters, Carolyn Dunn, Sue Glover, Mary Thomas, Nancy Mitchell
and Linda Dillard; one step-son, Lawrence "Bubba" Baxter; two
sisters, Marguerite Montelogno and DeLo Lowing; two brothers, Donnie
Wyatt and Ronnie Wyatt; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Wyatt was preceded in death by his father, Carl C. Wyatt, Sr.; one
brother, Gene Wyatt; and one step-daughter, Martha Lou Killingsworth.

  Pallbearers were Adam Dillard, Ronnie Kendricks, Jeff Franks, Kirby
Lee, Richard Wyatt and Ricky Wyatt.
